About your purchase

Video eBooks that help you research your campervan build are a great resource.  Browse the New Listings or Catalog menu to learn what other builders have implemented.

 

Before you purchase, you should know that the download process uses your email address to deliver the eBook(s).  Two-step verification is used to protect your order information. Billing information is compared to your credit card information.  A verification code is sent to your cell phone.  The combination of these procedures ensures you are the person placing the order. 

 

When the verification process has completed, you will receive a purchase receipt in your email.  Secondly, you will receive a separate confirmation link in your email.  From your email, open the confirmation and click the download option.  Click the download icon for each eBook.  Your eBook(s) will be forwarded to the download folder on your computer.  Click and watch.

 

On some PC systems, the eBook links get redirected to the email spam or junk folder.  This is your computer trying to keep your system safe from unrecognized files.  If you don't see your purchase receipt and confirmation links listed, check your email spam or junk folder, as new download links and messages may have been redirected.

 

You should know we cannot see any of your verification information.  The payment processor software does all that, as we have no interest in your personal information.
